Google Docs: Sync, Edit, Share App Reviews

I like being able to access my files from anywhere. This app is pretty easy to use and and self explanatory. Works well for both iPhone and iPad.

The app lets you do so much more work when you cant in certain areas. This is amazing and has saved my grade a few times before.

Easy to navigate and managed documents

I use Docs and it was pretty good. Now I cant write one damm word without Spell checking. I wrote the word broccoli, and they changed the word into some other words

I just started using this app and it is very easy to use.

I cant imagine my life without Google Docs

Easy to see and edit documents. Super great way to edit documents both on a phone and on a desktop. I wish there were more (and easier) formatting options such as indentations and bullets in the app specifically. But an amazing app nonetheless!

I have a couple of issues. Firstly, it is impossible to indent the start of a paragraph as far I can tell. Next, and most importantly, is the issue of the autocorrect being wonky. If you start a word and then backspace a couple of letters it thinks you are starting a new word. So if you type five letters backspace three of them and then being typing again it thinks you are writing your three letter word immediately next to the two letters that were already there. It provides a suggested correction after but is definitely inconvenient. If that is fixed the app will be much easier to use.

I do like this app but would like a few more options for fonts, colors, and features. I like that it can be used on multiple devices.

Its improved since my last review but not enough to make me want to raise the stars. I can at least see my documents on my iPad now, but the autocorrect is vindictive. It will sometimes miss your spelling errors and when you go back to edit it, you better delete the entire word and try again because adding text to a word that was already there is seen as a separate word with a missing space and autocorrect will make its best guess as to what you mean. Also, basically any meaningful feature that you get in the desktop version is gone for the iOS app.

Ok, so dont get me wrong, I LOVE DOCS, docs is awesome, and I also used it every day for the story I am writing, but this update, ugh... Normally when there is an update, its usually not to different, so I didnt really care when it was installed, but after, I noticed some INSANE changes that I despised, first off, they made the two space worse, like, not double space, but when you finish a sentence you put two spaces after the period, I know they made it before so it automatically changed two spaces to a period and a space, before it was no problem, I mean, I didnt like it, but it was easy to solve, I would use space twice, first time it would make a period, then I would backspace and do it again no trouble. But now, I have to type a space, a letter, backspace the letter, and then put another space in! GET RID OF THE ADDING LETTER THING! I JUST WANT TO ADD TWO SPACES AFTER DIALOGUE! And whats a bigger problem is the fact that now there is SO MUCH LAG! There is a lot of dialogue, so thats a first, second, I usually forget about the adding a letter then back spacing thing, BECAUSE IT IS STUPID TO HAVE GOOGLE! And third, IT LAGS! It lags so much that it takes ten seconds to backspace 1 letter, so Im frustratedly pressing the button, and then I have it backspacing even more, so great! Now I have to re-write it again with all this lag! Yay! So now it has become a chore to finish dialogue with these functions. And finally, the autocorrect. WHAT THE HELL GOOGLE? WHAT THE HELL!?!? This installment made the autocorrect unbearable, I mean I had enough problems with autocorrect already, so much in fact, that within the first three chapters of the book Im writing, I made an entire joke about it, and now, they glitches it so now in the middle of a sentence, when you have an error, which with the new lag happens a lot, you have to backspace it, and then when you try to fix it, on top of it taking three minutes to backspace the letters, it counts as a separate word! WHAT THE HELL!?!? So now I have to wait another two minutes for the word to backspace before I have to write it AGAIN! And this has become extremely repetitive, what you could do to fix this, revert the app to how it was two three months ago. That was google utopia, well, except for the spaces part. I will still use docs, but I hope that these things are fixed soon.

It is bad it was up dated. I cant get my stuff and it want finish updating. I guess I will lose everything . It happen over a week ago.

Best document program every. I love all of google docs. Share with friends keep notes anything its the best of the best!

My work is very mobile. I can access my documents anywhere without multiple steps. It has pretty good functionality. There are a few functions Id like to see, but overall its great and recognizes documents created in other platforms.

It works across all your devices. Awesome

Keeps me organized which is not easy to do. I have ADHD and I need programs to keep me on track. Google Docs is awesome as it great tool for me.

Google docs has no important fault It works well Long docs have lag when typing inside them Specially if we are connected to network And I hope google team solve it Just one thing: I see many crashes in third party keyboards, when I am using them inside google docs What if other google applications were like it...? Thank u google, for this one, exceptionally!

This is an excruciatingly annoying app that is both slow and counter-intuitive to how you would use it on your desktop with too many steps before you can actually edit the doc. Why must I press an edit button to begin to type? If Ive opened a doc obviously I wanna edit it. Hate it
