Google Docs: Sync, Edit, Share App Reviews

Crashing and a being un-syncable with my Apple keyboard for my iPad. Also annoying how Google Docs is different than Google Drive. I wish they could just be one app.

I enjoy docs. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because it sometimes takes a little while to load. And I can’t do control F to search for text until it fully loads. Other than that, it works very well!

Please add the the ability to copy styles. There is no this function in the app for iPad but this function is very important!

I love google docs for so many reasons . I can work on a document from anywhere around the world and from any device . It’s so convenient and allows me that flexibility that I don’t have in Microsoft Word. And to me Google is amazing because they still understand the need for Microsoft Word so they give you an option to save your files as a Microsoft Word document. But the real reason why I love Google Docs so much is because I am an educator and I have been using Google Docs as my whiteboard the same as I have in class. I share the document with my students. They can click on links for assignments. I can share notes with them and they can reply back to me. I also can comment on their work that they create in Google Docs and help them outside of school. Google docs makes my life as he cosmetology educator much easier. Thanks So much Google your so smart! Your Glamologist The Siobhan Nicole

Wish it was compatible with MS docs. google docs is so basic with no features.

It’s great, but the keyboard bounces around too much.

Yeah. It’s neat.

I literally can work smarter because this app allows me to prepare paperwork , or memos etc without a pc. It’s easy to use and haven’t had a problem with the app.

What the title said.

The only problem is slow booting up. Then I can give 5 stars.

I use this app for everything I need to write. It’s so much easier than loading everything onto a flash drive and load it onto another computer if u can just log into your google docs account. Strongly recommend getting this app.

Excellent for collaborating “live” on projects with team members. The ability to suggest instead of editing is the icing on the cake, really.

This works amazingly well! All your documents sync so you can access them anywhere! Being able to share docs is also fabulously helpful for collaborative papers.

My school uses this and it’s total crap ????

Okay, so a few years back a dear friend showed my docs on my computer. We co-write (rp) together, and it gives a great place to do that since you can share with anyone else using docs. The grammar and spelling check is really nice, and the auto save feature is great! The reason the app gets four and not five stars is because the phone app itself has issues with larger docs(like 30 pages, I think) and won’t load well after that point. I understand why though, and am not actually bothered by it too much since I still have a computer, but I do have to notice which documents ARE that large, because it’ll sometimes it freezes up my phone(needing a restart). The phone app is also a bit more complicated to navigate than the computer version, but it is easy enough.

Since I started using google doc my life started to become easier and every update things easier and easier. I love it.

Always good for school work

I am a young, aspiring writer, and Google Docs allowed me to write on the bus or other times I normally wouldn’t be able to write. Since I always have my phone with me, every time I get an idea, I can write it down immediately before I forget. Google docs is also convenient for when I want to share my new novel with my friends, or send my essay to my teacher, all I have to do is put in their email and they can view it anytime.

As a writer this makes it so much easier to access my stories and other documents right when an idea comes to me. I can write anywhere I can take my phone. This app is perfect!
